Vacation at Hilton Head Island, South Carolina

We spent one morning at a Children's Museum where Joshua had a blast climbing and exploring.

Joshua made it up all 114 steps to the top of the light house at Harbour Town and proceeded to run around the top 10 times...we, on the other hand, were exhausted!
In the center of Harbour Town, they had a large playground with a treehouse for the kids. In fact, the whole island was such a family friendly place with tons of things to do...we loved it!

What a beautiful day at the beach! The boys had a blast digging and playing in the sand. Joshua waded into the ocean with T.J. He was a little nervous of the waves at first, but did end up going in up to his waist.

My mom and dad watched Joshua one day so T.J. and I got to enjoy a beautiful day golfing and I didn't do so bad considering I was 6 and 1/2 months pregnant!
We truly had a wonderful time and Joshua did really well on the plane ride. We are looking forward to many fun memories in years to come at the condo.

HAPPY EASTER!

Coloring our eggs

Finding what the Easter Bunny brought

Joshua put egg stickers on Simon to make him feel festive :)

Joshua had a great time looking for eggs. We would have done it outside, but you know Michigan weather...we had snow on the ground

All in all, we all had a blessed Easter! Hope you did too!

Quite the character

He got a hard hat and tool set as a "hand-me-down" from his cousin Collin and feels it necessary to sometimes wear while eating...just in case

Here he is with the whole outfit on. He looks even better with the mix-matched pajamas ;)

He was pretty proud at stacking the blocks up all by himself today. It was fun as a mom to watch the trial and error occur. Who knows, between the tool belt and the towering construction of blocks, maybe he will be an engineer!

Call me Houdini....

This has been the latest "trick" I have learned. I can get my diaper off no matter what type of pajamas you put me in. This is how mama and papa found me the other night...ta da!! My sleeper is still on, yet the diaper is lying on my left leg. It's a special talent. And, sometimes they come in and I'm completely naked. I like to be "free." :)

A Mickey Mouse Birthday party...

I went to my second cousin Caleb's 2nd birthday party in Indianapolis a few weekends ago. He had his party at Gymboree Play and Music and I had such a great time! We got to play on the slides, jump on trampolines, roll in barrels, and dance around in bubbles. The cake and ice cream afterwards was so yummy. Mama thought it was such a fun place that she signed me up at Gymboree in Grand Rapids to take a class one day a week now....YEA!!!!!

2008!

Yes, I am drinking sparkling grape juice... :)

Please disregard my attire, but this is so cute...This is what Joshua does when we ask where the baby is.

He loves when his papa is home

His 1st snowman!

Merry Christmas!!

Christmas was so much fun this year. I got plenty of new toys and spent time with family and friends. I had the most fun ripping the bows off of presents as fast as I could :) Hope you all had a blessed holiday season!

Adding to the family..........

Well, here's the latest news...I'm going to be a big brother! Mama has a baby in her tummy and next July I'll have a sibling.

Who needs a recliner to watch t.v.?!?

Wrestling with papa

Eliza Jane and her family came down to visit from Indian River

Poor Anne...maybe the Wolverines will win next year with a new coach. Because U of M lost, she had to wear the jersey (again)

Happy Thanksgiving!

Pictures from Halloween

It was cold and rainy Halloween night, but we went out so our Teletubbie "Po" could see the neighbors.
